As a bowler at a Division I school, senior Kaelexx Oats has one goal in mind: go pro.
“I want to get better and better and get to that next level,” stated Oats.
Although he dreamed of going pro in basketball from a young age, Oats picked up bowling during his freshman year and fell in love with the sport immediately. Since then, he has dominated the competition and played a key role in several major ETHS tournament victories. Along the way, he became a part of the team community.
“It’s been really fun. I’ve made a lot of new friends and met a lot of new people. You just kind of find yourself in a community where you belong,” said Oats.
Oat’s impressive high school resume caught the attention of powerhouse bowling school Judson University. They moved quickly to secure his commitment before any other school had the chance.
Heading into college, Oats is not only excited to face tougher competition but also to build chemistry with his new teammates.
