Sofie Kennedy, Executive Editor

My name is Sofie Kennedy. I am a senior and an Executive Editor for The Evanstonian. I oversee the Arts & Entertainment and Sports sections. As a junior I was the Arts Editor, and as a sophomore I was an Entertainment Writer. My main focus is equitable coverage across my sections throughout the year. Outside of The Evanstonian, I play for the varsity girls tennis team, am a peer leader for Wildkit Buddies, a member of the Mock Trial team, and foster puppies. Next year, I will be attending Northwestern University with a major in biology.

As a senior and one of the Executive Editors, I wished he had been there to see my growth and hoped that he was proud of everything our staff had accomplished since his retirement.
