My name is Averi Storey (she/her). I am a Junior and staff writer and podcaster for The Evanstonian. This is my first year on staff, and I am truly excited to write and produce quality work. I transferred to ETHS my freshman year, so this year I’m excited to learn even more about the Evanston community and effectively curate that in a story everyone can enjoy reading. Besides writing and arts, I’m a student athlete who plays basketball and soccer. I contribute to the Girls Play Sports organization and the Film Club.  Journalism, scripting, and podcasting are just a few things that brighten my passion for storytelling even more.
