Hello. My name is Ian Pedrero Notestein (He/Him). I am a freshman, and a writer for the Opinion section. This is, of course, my first year as a writer for the Evanstonian. This year I hope to communicate and express the opinions of myself and like-minded individuals on subjects myself and like-minded individuals may be passionate about. Outside of the Evanstonian, I am a member of the debate club as well as a runner on the cross country team. In my free time I usually try to get homework done, and when I have no work to do, read, run, watch something by myself or with my family, or just hang around talking with my friends, debating or discussing the topics of the day within and outside of our community.
