My name is Lily Swanson (she/they) and I am a Staff Writer in the News section . I am a Freshman and this is my first year on staff. I am excited to write for the Evanstonian because I really love writing, I love writing about things that influence my community and I want to go into journalism as a profession. Outside of the Evanstonian, I was in the Fall Freshman/Sophomore play and I am in the Acapella Vocal Music Group. Besides school related activities, I like to canoe, do archery and play video games.
