The Evanstonian

Sarah Parisien
My name is Sarah Parisien, a junior and a first year’s staff writer. I believe in racial equality, freedom of expression and kombucha. Outside of the paper, I take dance classes (as I have been for the past 13 years), co-host a TV/ Talk Show called Conversations from the Block and spend lots of time with family and friends. I love being part of the newspaper because I love writing and everyone in this community gives me the platform to do so. This is part of the reason that I decided that I want to pursue Journalism in the future along with being fluent in Chinese!
